All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00pm BST. Any orders placed after this time will be picked up and processed on the next available business day. Orders placed over weekends or on bank holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, it will be on its way via Royal Mail with an estimated transit time of 6–8 business days, Monday to Friday. From the date your order is placed, you can expect your parcel to arrive within 7–10 business days in total.
