At Centolio, we take pride in every piece we offer. If for any reason your order isn't quite what you hoped for, we want to make sure the process of returning it is as clear as possible. Please read through the information below carefully before getting in touch.
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to submit a return request. We are unable to accept return requests made after this period, so please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as a concern arises.
Returns are accepted on both defective and non-defective products, provided the item is completely unused and in its original condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging with every accessory, tag, and document present. We only process returns for new items, any item that appears to have been used or is returned without its original packaging may be declined.
The cost of returning an item to us is the responsibility of the customer. You will need to arrange and pay for return postage yourself, using a trackable service of your choice. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable. We do not apply any restocking charges to returns.
To begin the process, please email us at support@centolio.com with your order number and the reason for your return. A member of our team will come back to you with a return authorisation and full instructions on how to proceed. Once authorised, please repack your item securely in its original packaging and post it to the address provided using a trackable delivery service.
Upon receiving your return, we will assess the item to confirm it satisfies our return criteria. Once approved, your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 7 days. Please allow a little additional time for the funds to appear, as this may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

A small number of products are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety considerations. Where this is the case, it will be clearly stated within the product listing prior to purchase.
